1) Pre-treatment preparation

Skin cleansing

  • Clean the skin with deep cleansing instruments (e.g., small bubbles / hydro-type deep cleaning).

Client safety & comfort

  • Ask in advance whether the client is allergic to numbing cream.

  • Clients who are more sensitive to pain may take oral painkillers in advance (as appropriate) to relieve pain.

Numbing cream application

  • Apply numbing cream to the treatment area.

  • Use a film stick to evenly smooth/wipe the surface of the numbing cream.

  • Cover the area with clean plastic wrap/film.

  • Wait 30–45 minutes.

2) Sterilization & hygiene standards

Device and operator

  • Sterilize the instrument screen and handle.

  • Operator must wear disposable medical gloves.

Removing numbing cream

  • Use the film stick to scrape off the numbing cream (including cream under the plastic wrap).

Disinfecting the treatment site

  • Wipe the area with iodine-moistened gauze.

  • Then wipe again with saline-moistened gauze.

3) Installing the disposable operating head

  • Select the operating head based on the size of the treatment area.

  • Install the disposable operating head onto the handle.

  • On the device screen:

    • Select Face or Body

    • Select the needle number that matches the operating head

    • Enter the next interface and confirm the correct head selection

4) Parameter setup (Face mode)

Activation

  • Swipe the card to activate the device so parameters can be adjusted.

Adjustable parameters

  • Time: 0–60 minutes

  • RF energy (recommended): 100–118

  • Depth: choose according to the treatment area and client needs

Modes & shot mechanisms

  • Regular mode: base/neck operation uses regular mode only (no extra selection needed).

  • Single shot mechanism: press the foot pedal once → one shot, energy released once.

  • Dual shot mechanism: press the foot pedal once → two rounds, energy released twice

    • Suitable for skilled operators and clients with more serious skin laxity.

Saving parameter presets

  • M1–M5 are parameter storage modes.

  • Adjust parameters → click Store to save.

5) Operating technique (Face)

Starting the treatment

  • Click Start.

  • Begin from the chin.

Correct probe handling

  • Press the probe vertically against the skin.

  • Step on the foot pedal to fire.

  • After firing, retract the needle from the skin, then move to the next spot immediately.

Coverage rules

  • Overlap each adjacent pass by 1/3.

  • Reason: there may be a gap between the probe edge and the needle area, so overlap helps avoid missed spots.

  • Cover the full treatment area 1–2 times.

  • Areas needing improvement may be treated more than once.

Managing minor bleeding

  • If slight bleeding occurs, gently press with saline-soaked gauze.

6) Forehead, periocular, and nose operation

Forehead

  • Operate the forehead using the same pattern.

  • Focus more passes on areas needing improvement.

Periocular (around the eyes) & nose

  • Choose 12P operating head.

  • Lower eye area: ask the client to open eyes; treat the lower eye area carefully.

  • Avoid: eyeballs and eyebrows.

  • Upper eyelid: gently lift the eyebrows and operate along the upper eye socket.

  • Proceed with careful nose manipulation as needed.

7) Post-treatment care (Face)

Immediate recovery steps

  • Apply restorative products such as restorative essence.

Normal post-treatment reactions

  • Redness, heat, and a pinprick sensation may appear—this is described as normal.

Cooling support

  • Use an ice hammer or ice packs if needed.

Mask protocol

  • After completing the whole face, apply a biofiber mask for 20–30 minutes.

  • Remove the mask after time is up.

Final cleanup + repair

  • Clean the face with saline-moistened gauze.

  • Apply restorative products again (restorative essence / repair products).

Symmetry

  • After finishing the right side, repeat the same steps on the left side.

8) Body operation (Abdomen example)

Preparation

  • Clean the operation area.

  • If hair is excessive, shave before operation.

Numbing + disinfection

  • Apply numbing cream evenly with a film stick, cover with film, wait 30–45 minutes.

  • Scrape off numbing cream with the film stick.

  • Disinfect with iodine gauze, then wipe with saline gauze.

Body mode parameters (as stated)

  • Select Body mode and matching needle number.

  • Time: 0–60 minutes

  • Energy: 200

Technique and safety zones

  • Probe vertical to skin → foot pedal → needle launch → retract → move to next point.

  • Overlap by 1/3.

  • Avoid:

    • Ribs

    • Pelvic bone

    • Area within 2 cm of the navel

Body post-care

  • Apply restorative essence and/or microneedling special products.

  • Clean with saline gauze.

  • Apply repair essence and other repair products.

9) Training reminders

  • Maintain strict sterilization and single-use disposable head practice.

  • Choose needle count, depth, and energy based on the treatment area and client needs.

  • Use single vs. dual shot appropriately based on operator skill and client skin condition.

  • Follow consistent overlap and coverage to ensure uniform results.
